About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Yas Floors website (yasfloors.co.uk). By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — any supply and installation of flooring is governed by the separate written quotation and contract we agree with you.
Yas Floors is based at 118 George Lane, South Woodford, London, E18 1AD. You can reach us at hello@yasfloors.com or +44 20 7946 0231.
Information on this site
We work hard to keep product descriptions, photography and guides accurate, but screens vary, photography can flatter or flatten a finish, and manufacturers change ranges. Nothing on this site is a substitute for viewing physical samples in the showroom or in your home.
Prices shown or mentioned anywhere on the site are indicative only. The only price that counts is the written quotation we issue after measuring — quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photography, design and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy, republish or reuse our content commercially without written permission.
Brand names, logos and product names shown on the site belong to their respective manufacturers and are shown to identify the products we supply.
Third-party links and reviews
The site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram and TikTok. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
